Wayfind is an independent referral broker (ISO), not a lender. We connect restaurants with funding partners and may be compensated by those partners. We do not approve, fund, or set terms, and we never guarantee that you will be funded. This page explains how we are paid, where we operate, and why a factor rate is not an APR.
Broker, not a lender
Wayfind is a service of Orme Innovation, Inc., an independent referral broker (ISO), not a lender. We connect small businesses with funding partners and may receive compensation from those partners when you are matched or funded. All product terms, rates, and approval decisions are made by the funding partners, not Wayfind. Checking your options is free and requires no hard credit pull. Products and funding may not be available in all states. This is general information, not financial or legal advice.
How we are compensated
Our service is free to your restaurant. Funding partners pay us, you do not, and we may receive compensation when we match or refer a business that gets funded. We do not take a share of your repayment stream.
No guarantee of approval or funding
Wayfind makes no guarantee of approval, funding, a specific amount, a specific rate, or any timeline. The funding partner, not Wayfind, independently reviews your business, decides whether to approve it, and sets all terms.
A factor rate is not an APR
A factor rate is not an APR. Total payback = advance × factor rate.
For example, a $50,000 advance at a 1.35 factor rate means $67,500 owed, a fixed cost of $17,500, regardless of how fast you repay. Because a merchant cash advance is repaid daily from sales, the effective annualized cost is typically much higher than the factor rate alone suggests, and paying it off early usually does not reduce the fixed fee. We show you the total dollars repaid so you can compare on real cost, not a rate label.
Where we operate
We currently serve restaurants in Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Ohio, Arizona, Nevada, and Colorado. We do not route or contact applicants in states we do not currently serve. Availability is determined by your business state and may change.
