Terms of Service

Effective: June 30, 2026

Wayfind is a free referral and matching service for restaurants and small businesses, operated by Orme Innovation, Inc.. We are an independent referral broker (ISO), not a lender. We do not approve, underwrite, fund, or set the terms of any financing. Using Wayfind does not guarantee that you will be approved or funded; any final terms come from the funding partner, not us.

What Wayfind does

Wayfind helps you understand your funding options and matches you with third-party funding partners that may fit your business. We provide education and a referral; the funding partner independently reviews your business, decides whether to approve it, and sets all rates, amounts, and terms.

Eligibility and where we operate

Wayfind is for business owners (18 or older) seeking financing for their business. We currently serve restaurants in Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Ohio, Arizona, Nevada, and Colorado. We do not route or contact applicants in states we do not currently serve, and availability may change.

No fee to you; how we are paid

Our service is free to you. We are compensated by funding partners, which may receive compensation when we match or refer a business that gets funded. We do not charge the business for using Wayfind.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your business and to use the service for lawful purposes only. The information you submit is used to match you with funding partners, so accuracy matters.

No guarantees

We make no guarantee of approval, funding, a specific amount, a specific rate, or any timeline. All decisions are made by the funding partner. Note that a factor rate is not an APR: total payback equals the advance multiplied by the factor rate, and the real cost depends on how quickly the balance is repaid. Always review the funding partner's actual terms before you commit.

Intellectual property

The Wayfind name, content, and design are the property of Orme Innovation, Inc. or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as allowed by law.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for the products, decisions, or conduct of any funding partner. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orme Innovation, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The effective date above reflects the most recent change. These terms describe our current practice and are subject to update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Orme Innovation, Inc. is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. This section is general and subject to update; contact the operator for the controlling jurisdiction.
