Privacy Policy

Wayfind is a service of Orme Innovation, Inc., an independent referral broker (ISO), not a lender. This policy explains what information we collect when you check your funding options, why we collect it, and who we share it with. We pass your details to funding partners only with your consent, we log that consent, and you can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Who we are

Wayfind is operated by Orme Innovation, Inc.. We connect restaurants and small businesses with third-party funding partners and may be compensated by those partners. We do not lend, underwrite, approve, or set the terms of any financing. References to "we," "us," and "Wayfind" mean Orme Innovation, Inc..

Information we collect

When you submit our funding-options form, we collect the details you enter so a funding partner can evaluate your business:

• Business name, state, and industry
• Time in business, monthly revenue or card deposits, the amount you need, and how soon you need it
• A self-reported credit range (you tell us; we do not pull your credit to show options)
• Your first and last name, email address, and phone number

When you consent to be matched, we also record a record of that consent: the consent text you agreed to, the date and time, your IP address, and your browser's user-agent string. If you arrived from a marketing link, we may record the referring source and UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign).

Our website form does not ask for and we do not collect Social Security numbers, bank-account credentials, or bank statements through it. If a funding partner later requires documents to underwrite your business, you provide those to the partner under their own process and privacy terms.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to understand your business, check whether we can serve your state, match you to funding partners that may fit, show you the real cost of any option, and follow up about your request. We use the consent record to document that you authorized us to share your information.

How we share your information

• Funding partners. Only with your consent, and only so they can evaluate your business for funding. We do not sell your information.
• Service providers. Vendors that help us operate (for example, hosting, database, analytics, and email delivery), acting on our behalf.
• Legal and safety. When required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

Analytics and email tools

We use analytics services (Google Analytics 4 and PostHog) to understand how people use the site, and a transactional email service (Resend) to send confirmations and follow-ups about your request. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Retention and security

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain our consent records, and meet legal obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we do not claim any certification, audit, or guarantee of security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you provided by emailing legal@wayfindhq.com. If you receive text messages from us, reply STOP to opt out. We will respond to verified requests as required by applicable law.

Where we operate

We currently serve restaurants in Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Ohio, Arizona, Nevada, and Colorado. We do not route or contact applicants in states we do not serve. Availability is determined by your business state and may change.

Children

Our service is for business owners and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices evolve. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. This policy describes our current practice and is subject to update.
